In Hawaiian seaweed is called limu. Hawaiians call seaweed limu, and Japanese call it ogo. Ogo is perfect and is known as a must have ingredient in poke bowls. In traditional authentic poke, limu is an ingredient. You can also use ogo In salads. After soaking in water for 5 minutes, it rehydrates and can be used for 2 days after soaking after sealed in container in refrigerator. This package contains one ounce of dried seaweed and can make up to 50 lbs of poke.
