Ogo2go was created by a local family who relocated from Hawaii to Portland, Oregon. Within weeks, we realized that poke shops in Oregon were nothing like back home. Place after place disappointed us. Poke bowls in the mainland seemed more like salads instead of poke bowls. We also discovered that Ogo or limu is something that could not be found in the mainland. Being born and raised in Hawaii, poke is our culture and we couldn't live without it. We decided to start our own business selling Hawaiian ogo that is grown, cultivated, inspected, dried, and screened in Honolulu, Hawaii. It is grown in salt water ponds and cultivated in turbulent tanks. Free from pesticides and contaminants. Its is top quality and very affordable. We did this so that other locals can create authentic poke dishes wherever they are in the world right from home. Mahalo for supporting local.
